Arnica has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Reduces muscle pain, joint pain, arthritis, and promotes healling of bruising. 

Black Spruce Essential Oil soothes tired muscles and provides a calming, relaxing aroma. Promotes feelings of clear airways and easy breathing. Soothes minor skin irritations. Derived from the leaves and twigs of the black pine spruce tree, native to Canada. 

Ingredients: comfrey leaf and arnica extract infused sunflower oil, beeswax, and shea butter.  

Topical use ONLY! Do NOT put on open wounds.
