The "Neddy" Junior Rice Bag

The “Neddy”  Junior Rice Bag is 8x10 and filled with 24 -32 ounces of rice and lavender. 

For heat therapy, microwave for 45-60 seconds, in short bursts to follow until desired temperature is achieved. Be careful not to overheat.

For cold therapy, store in a bag in freezer until use. 

100% Cotton or 100% Cotton Flannel Fabric. Size and weight are approximate. Patterns and colors vary.

Spot clean only.  Do not submerge in water. Store in cool, dry area.
